oI can longer reproduce the original problem also with net power.So I
just have 20 percent compiz on dragging even before moving.

I use NVIDIA 295.49, Ubuntu 12.04 64bit on an Acer Aspire 5738ZG.
I'm suddenly unable to reproduce to problem entirely. Maybe because I'm
on battery power. (That's the only thing I changed).
