same here but only since the kubuntus update to kde 4.3.1. knetworkmanager keeps crashing every 30 to ~60 seconds so for me this is a high priority bug since the normal user is not able to use any wireless network (or has to restart knetworkmanager every minute) after looking further into it, thi

i can confirn this. i recently looked into the d3lphin sources because of another bug (slashes in folder names...) and by chance saw the code which replaces "~" with the home directory. so, if i find the time (and motivation) then i´ll try to fix this too, as this hopefully is not as complicated

same here on kubuntu 8.04 x86: folders containing slashes (i.e. "fol/der") are interpreted as folder "fol" with subfolder "der" in it which of course does not exist, so it says that the file does not exist. anybody here tried fixing this? -- dolphin does not escape/parse filenames properly http
