so, i had a look into the sources of d3lphin...
well without wanting to be rude, i hope that the other parts of it look a bit 
better:
the problem is, that d3lphin thinks that every slash in a URL e.g. 
"/home/user/blablabla/" separates a directory from another.
but it does this on several places in the code, and to fix this (in a 
reasonable way) i have to change the structure of some code which is quite a 
big step for me, since i don´t oversee all the code yet.
but i´ll  try to work this one out in the next weeks hopefully, since nobody 
else seems to care about all us kubuntu users :(

perhaps there is anybody around here who has some time - we could work out some 
things together...
