No. My internet is usually working ~450-470 kb/s and it's slow only on google
pages, on firefox when using Ubuntu.
I am not sure, but I think at the beggining of using this system it was working
fine. I have no idea what could cause the change.

I figured out that this weirdness is caused only because of the low speed on
google pages.
For example when I was downloading Picasa, it was going for max. speed 8,5 kb/s
and I have the problem since almost beggining of using the system.
