I figured out that this weirdness is caused only because of the low speed on google pages. For example when I was downloading Picasa, it was going for max. speed 8,5 kb/s and I have the problem since almost beggining of using the system. I haven't noticed it before because I was only testing the system, I was using it about once a week.
