I've managed to repeat this bug in Ubuntu 9.10 as well as Linux Mint 8.
Took me a while to find how to repeat this but I think I may have
finally found it. Using Ctrl+Alt+Left Mouse Button to rotate cube. I can

Ok, just thought of something and gave it a try.

There was a much longer list there since the last time I ran it. I went
through it and made sure to uncheck the ones I knew I wanted to keep
then clicked 'Do Selected Tasks'

reported the bug but it got removed because I was unable to reply
anything else about it. But alas, I'm now using 9.10 and it's happening

I found the easiest way to get it to work again is to mouse over either
