Binary package hint: python-xpcom
The package for python-xpcom cannot be installed on Ubuntu Jaunty
because it conflicts with python 2.6, however I cannot see a simple work
around to uninstall python 2.6 without breaking a lot of other programs
that depend on 2.6. Is there so

Binary package hint: texmaker
After opening a .tex file in texmaker (v1.8), the file can be edited,
but after hitting save, the cursor disappears and the window doesn't
accept any keyboard input. I can still click on different lines in the
file, and it will highlight the line
Problem seems to have resolved itself after restart. Sorry about the
above post.
