Please review this "won't fix", i hope its not for political reasons.
Especially on a touch screen PC, using the TINY minimize button on a
high resolution screen instead of the always present launcher icon to
minimize is ridiculous.

Sorry i just re-read and noticed its not an actual bug and why its a
wishlist. This is a BIG wishlist, it gets quite annoying.. I understand
how linux is meant to work, but when you work in an OS thats aiming to

Hi this bug kills me especially when i copy things from firefox,
especially when i want to copy a link fro mfirefox and close it to re-
open it (because of flash bugs).

Continuation.. I installed ubuntu on a MAC G5 (ported), and it has the
same issue.
I'm guessing not alot of people use static IPs on ubuntu or else someone
would have noticed that DNS go missing after every reboot :(

I use a Static IP on a wired connection in ubuntu, I have to add the DNS
server(s) manually in the DNS tab. Whenever I reboot my computer, I
have to go add the DNS server manually. My static IP information on the
wired connection stays there, but DNS server
Thanks, I copied the ofpath file, and had to use a combination of the
livecd and alternate cd(to use the rescue) to try to get my G5 up and
running! Took many hours but got the hang of it referrings to posts on
message boards and your genius fix. This should be added to the powerpc
distro ASAP to

Thanks, it worked! I cant believe i spent so many days/hours on it and
it was so simple to do... i still cant believe it.. but i had to put my
laptop to sleep and bring it back so i can have the tv working, is that
a bug? i find it weird i have to put it to sleep and back to be able to
use the TV.
