Actually, The autopkgtests of sympy 1.13.3-1 in plucky-release pass with
numpy 2, so this is not a regression due to numpy.
See passing test from 2025-02-19 19:19:24 UTC, triggered with
numpy/1:2.2.3+ds-1 [1].
This failure seems to have been introduced in 1.13.3-2, and still not
fixed in 1.13.3-3
The autopkgtests of sympy 1.13.3-1 in plucky-release pass with numpy 2,
so this is not a regression.

I had a very brief look at this and I don't think patching is feasible,
but I may have missed something.
I think the solution here is to backport the new version of subliminal,
and its new dependency python-pysubs2, from 24.10 to 24.04.
