is completely shutdown. Another suspend/resume won't resolve this issue.

/proc/acpi/fan/FAN(0|1|2|3)/state give the state of the fan. After a resume,

I can confirm that this bug no longer happens to me. After upgrading to
Ibex, I did not have to use any workaround to get my usb devices

Yes, pulseaudio does seem to be the problem. I managed to fix it by a
coincidence.

extensions. I deleted ~/.gnome2/f-spot and then started f-spot in debug
mode, tried uploading. My picasa password was saved so it appeared begin
to upload. An upload status window saying 0 of 18 MB done, and stayed

I can confirm this. It happens exactly the same way on mine too. If the
wrong password is entered once, the application simply crashes when
"Export to Picasaweb" is clicked, unless the password is removed from

The bug is easily reproduced in my comp too with same presentation and
happens with some others too. I found my Xorg taking about 800 MB of
memory and OpenOffice itself went up to about 600. The amount of memory
in use increases as we spend more time on the slide show.

Hi I think you can solve this problem by simply removing the ehci_hcd
module from the kernel.
You can do that with "sudo rmmod ehci_hcd". Unfortunately it seems to be
necessary to do this on every reboot.
This module is buggy (atleast thats what it says in

I have the same problem in ppc. A workaround is to pass an argument to
the application texmaker. For instance, typing "texmaker unused" won't
generate the exception. Whereas "texmaker" alone systematically produces
the exception.

Happens here too, with a Canon PowerShot SD600. How does manually
launching the import wizard happen? The way is to use the command gnome-
volume-manager-gthumb %h right? But after i choose the right model i get

I installed the game successfully and tried to play it.
The game does not go past the loading screen in edgy. It is really frustrating
because this happened in dapper too. The game worked well in suse. At that time

The generic kernel that I was using there is the same as that present in
the current edgy live/alternative cd. In fact the keyboard can be made
