I believe I'm experiencing the same bug. On a fresh install of Ubuntu
11.10 on a Dell Dimension 2400, using xvnc4viewer (in listen mode) I got
the following output when accepting a reverse connection from another
PC:
vncviewer -listen

Nevermind. I'm an idiot and got it figured out. You right-click on any
folder in nautilus, open with>open folder (instead of VLC). That did
it.
