sorry it occures not after installation it accures when I try to start
the deamon with sudo command from a user account... when I first sudo su
then start it it works like it should

its a two part bug I am not shure if its a ubuntu or upstream bug, but
somebody will tell me:
1. I did not install this system directly to the target drive (ssd) I first
installed the hole system to a softwareraid level 1 which contains of a usb3
drive and a sata drive (2 h

Hmm, i fixed it myself.
I downloaded the hal-info deb file that matches the same on my harddisk.
Then i moved away the hal-info.list from /var/lib/dpkg/info and finaly
installed with dpkg this package.
So for me its fixed. But i wonder why in my hal-info.list is not that
what should be there. Ins

grub does not recognise my pata drives, its a abit nf-m2 nview board,
and the drives are connected to the pata-ports of the board (nvidia 6150
chipset)

k i think you can close this bug then,
i have found what was wrong here, the raid is on nvidia ide drives, so
the devices was hda/hdb... but i think since a udev update the ide
device-names changed to hde/hdf... is that now normal or only because
its loaded by nv-sata driver?

I can confirm this, same problem also have root on software raid level 5
and kernel -12 works but 14 and 15 not.
boot from usb-stick (boot is there) but thats not the problem initrd
loads.

k did find the problem, i have installed fglrx, after trying them x wont
start so i copied my old xorg-conf with radeon settings and it starts a
few days later i recognized the glxinfo problem and i dont remembered
this driver switch or dont get the idea that the fglrx driver could be
the problem
