Hmm, i fixed it myself.

I downloaded the hal-info deb file that matches the same on my harddisk.
Then i moved away the hal-info.list from /var/lib/dpkg/info and finaly
installed with dpkg this package.

So for me its fixed. But i wonder why in my hal-info.list is not that
what should be there. Instead its something about php.

So because nobody else cryed here till now about the same anoying bug, i
guess i have borked this accedentaly by myself and did not even notice
it.

So i close it.
