I have managed to get the git version of qutebrowser working by installing 2
other packages.
python3-pyside2.qtwebengine and python3-qtpy.

when i lower the brightness with the function (fn) keys and when
the screen dims (due to idle) when i move the mouse the screen goes to the
original setting in power management (full brightness),
instead of what i choose (with the fn keys).
