I can't agree that this bug is a duplicate of bug #747835 because:
in bug #747835: "the three finger touch doesn't seem to work. I also

Same other launchers not work too (geany). if I run Geany, the application main
window is displayed but the launcher stops working. I see it is running but if
you click on the icon nothing happens. I have to use Alt+Tab so I got back
window. Also missing buttons for Close, Minimalize and Maxi

Yes. For me, run empathy and wait while someone send me a message.The same
happening on my brother PC. I have clean install of 10.04. In 9.10 all works
fine.

I can confirm this issue. In Ubuntu 9.04 all works fine but after
upgrade to 9.10 and 10.04 noise or sound is there. Same is in clean
