When using the 'search' function of the playlist, if the 'show only
matches' option is selected in the 'search preferences' the multiple
albums result of one artist are returned under only one album:

Ups, I wasn't aware of that, thanks for the link to the wiki. By the way, the
card is now working flawlessly with the ndiswrapper (I didn't even have to use
iwconfig, the Network Manager picked up). I made and update to kubuntu and got
a new version of the kernel.

Today I wiped out my old Linux partition and made a fresh install of
Kubuntu 8.10. The bug is still there. The computer wasn't able to start
with the wireless card inserted. I removed it and install. When the card
was inserted the error appear, but this time it appears in the logs.

show in the bibliography table doesn't reflect the changes made in the
database if a entry was corrected after first created (even when
tools>update>update all is execute
