It appears that you updated glib to 2.80 on Ubuntu 24.04, but left

I just tried it with openblas built from source rather than the Ubuntu package.
Here's some results for different OpenBLAS versions:

I've also discovered that the machine GPO's will apply with the test
scripts, but even though they are applied, login and the command
adsysctl update -m still produce the same errors about being unable to
list the GPO's.
