Hi Kukri, This was a fresh install of 23.10 with the following steps,
Raid-0 (2x2TB SSD) 1. install 23.10 2. apt update 3. apt upgrade 4. reboot 5. do-release-upgrade -d 6. get the dpkg error. -- For giggles, I just loaded 22.04 LTS updated on the box, and did the do-release-upgrade -d and got the same result.
