When you set an hotkey for example for locking the screen (I set it to
STRG+ESC), it does work fine for the current session.
When you turn off the pc, and turn it on again, ubuntu has forgotten
this hotkey. You can press STRG+ESC but noting happens. You can make it
run again
I think if we have the chance to get rhytmbox doing that correctly, we
should release a patch for this problem. Because I think it should be as
easy as it is in iTunes: You double-click on a mp3 file (or whatever),
and Rythmbox opens and adds it to the library.
If we can, we should do so.

But another example are websites. The buttons on websites aren't that big, too.
To have a lot of place in a windows is wrong. We should make windows as
small als possible, because it's annoying to
it just looks ugly in my opinion.
We don't need big buttons from the designer aspect. It's a good idea for
people that need help on the pc, who have problems moving the mouse,
etc.
But for normal people buttons with a smaller size (like in Windows, OS X
and even KDE) are more pretty.

I think i have the solution for me;
I added "saa7134_alsa" to the blacklist in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist
because then the tv card is no longer known as primary soundcard.

I think i know now where the problem is!
I saw that when I was configuring my own kernel.
Device Drivers → Multimedia Devices → Video Capture Adapters
the point "Philips SAA7134 DMA audio support" should be turn off,
because if this point is activated; dapper thinks this is an sound card
and set
I've got a similar problem, too. Dapper thinks my tv-card would be the
primary sound card, even with a never kernel. May this is a bug in alsa.
