Been using mod_substitute for a long while without issues. Recently

Hi again,
First of all, my mainboard is Gigabyte GA-K8NF, and the graphic card
isn't integrated.
The combination of CTRL + ALT + F1 don't work, and none of the others.
I can't execute sudo dmesg.

Radeon X300.
I try with Ubuntu (the same version), and I don't have this problem.
I try with others drivers with Ubuntu (ati, radeon, fglrx), but I have
the same.
