As a workaround. After install issue "sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-
configuration" from terminal and it will take you to the missing steps
for language, keyboard layout and update the /etc/default/keyboard file.
This also works for the Alternate ISO keyboard bug.

Following the standard test case
1) Select English
2) Install Lubuntu
3) Select Language = English
4) Select Location = United Kingdom
5) Configure Keyboard = No
This should then give the manual selection of keyboard layout, in
it also occurs on bare metal. It seems to be a race issue where a process
is starting before the previous one has things settled. But, it is pain so
we do need a geek to agree to look at it and we minions provide logs and
testing to them. I'm up for being a minion :)

advertised which is Version 5.0.14 r105127 as if it were solved on that,

After installing there is no 'X', nor an ability to use apt-get to
install the missing apport / ubuntu-bug. There is also no man or scp
which means getting a full report more difficult but not impossible if
the developer needs any files extracting from the test VM.

If running on a VM and you have guestfish installed, you can make the
link using it. Close the VM down
sudo guestfish --rw -a disk.img
run
mount /dev/sda1 /
ln-sf /proc/self/mounts /etc/mtab
exit
Then re-start the VM. Do note that the command is 'ln-sf' and not 'ln
-sf'... that had me scratching
1. Making a new administrator user without a password. (admintest)
2. then set the password after logging in with that user
3. Try to lock screen
It locks as expected.

There are instances of duplicate applets appearing in wily, such examples
include network-manager applet, online help, skype etc.
Such instances are some what hit and miss, and will appear on one install, but
not another even though using the same ISO and machine.

I've now re-read the test case. The correct way is to create the LVM
before the install. I've never done it that way and would like to know
if it is a recent bug, or just a case of asking the installer to do
something it cannot do which as a tester - I'd never dream of!

I'm running 15.04 Lubuntu. The install and Live CD work fine, but when
applying the latest updates there is simply a greyed out 'No network
devices are available' (I'm typing this using WiFi on the machine it
says has no network devices), or VPN Connections.
