Hi Nio,
there is a think that the two bugs seen on desktop installer and
alternate installer may be linked. I'm holding judgement, but they have
to share commonality at the CLI end.

has been bumped to High, and I will include this bug in the notes as it
may help the devs work out where it all stopped working.
