Just experienced the same problem on another one of my systems while
installing 11.04. It was previously running 11.10 as well, similar to
the system I referenced in my original bug report.
It may be a coincidence, but in every case where it's crashed I've
selected "no" when prompted about copying
Interesting. I just used a live disk to format my drives (rather than
formatting them in the installer as I did previously), and now the
installer runs without a hitch.
I'm not sure whether the policy is to close the bug report now that the
issue has been resolved for me, or if it remains open un
