If left for some hours it will grab 1-2 gigabytes of memory.

apparently by someone from TACC, the developers of Lmod (Aaron?) on
ubuntu.
Turns out that lmod 6.6.0 went out in October 2016, and this creates a
bunch of its own problems in supercomputing facilities whi
