Left click on an app icon in the launcher bar works fine on first use.
After closing the app, it is impossible to open the app again by left
click. The only way to open the same app is to right click and select
the open option from the menu. Software updater would not launch a
Selecting a different theme and then back to default has put all the missing
icons and system button where they should be.
Not sure why default wasn't selected after the upgrade.

I upgraded 10.04 to 12.04 beta and have run update and upgrade in
terminal.
The app bar on the left has missing icons even the the name is there and the
app can be run by clicking the blank space.
