The driver doesn't work on 10.10, no. Still throws up "[ 33536.273] dlopen:
/usr/lib/xorg/modules/input/hyperpen_drv.so: undefined symbol:
xf86GetMotionEvents" in Xorg.0.log.

Installing xf86-input-hyperpen from the Hardy repos' doesn't work
either, neither copying hyperpen_drv.so.

I can definitely say it still happens on a new user; although if I make
a new user, and log into it straight away, the panels are shown
correctly. It's only if I make a new panel that it happens.
