After receiving the email about this being invalid, I went to #ubuntu-
bugs where this was discussed, however as seen by end of this log, I am
stuck and I am leaving PC for tonight so I thought I should paste it
here too.

Sometimes when running `apt update` or equivalent, the progress stops

It would be nice if XChat could be dropped from repositories entirely or
made meta-package bringing HexChat as talked on #ubuntu-irc now.

Bugs,
I have been seeing this a lot lately on DigitalOcean using
mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrrors.txt which gives me the following mirrors:
```
% curl http://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt
http://ftp.ticklers.org/archive.ubuntu.org/ubuntu/
http://mirror.ox.ac.uk/sites/archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/
Thanks, I found the PPA already.
I probably wouldn't need the latest version otherwise, but it's in Arch
and it appears that with LAN-.calls the latest version and Ubuntu
version are incompatible as calls don't go through and neither do IMs.
When I upgraded from that PPA, everything worked.
I originally installed Ubuntu MATE 14.10 which I then updated to 15.04.
At some point I decided to try KDE Plasma 5, so I installed the kubuntu-
I got the prompt asking me whether I wish to run lightdm or sddm and I
chose lightdm. However after reboot I got b
Public bug reported:
The development is dead and it has serious issues like missing SASL
support and not supporting TLS. Networks are disabling SSLv3 and ZNC 1.6
which was released on 2015-02-12 also disabled it. Current configuration
can be imported to HexChat with instructions at
https://hexchat
ZNC 1.6.0 fixes this and FREAK which wasn't known issue at that time.
Currently all ZNC versions older than 1.6.0 are vulnerable to FREAK in
addition to POODLE.
