When I try reproduce the error I don't get thet memory corruption error
anymore, only a segmetation error. How can I downgrade to the previous
nvidia drivers to try if it's the drivers fault?

After the last updates in Intrepid(64-bit) XBMC(XBox MediaCenter) crashes/dumps
core when using it. For example when I'm playing songs in partymode and
clicking on next song.
I think this is an nvidia-issue because of the output/backtrace
@Martin: Yeah it sure looks funny. I'm aware that you could do nothing
with only a screenshot, but i'll try to reproduce it when i've
time(reinstalling when final is out)

I'll test it as soon as possible, but the problem itself isn't
repeatable. Somehow I can't get the same results. When i launched
jockey-gtk for a second time I got the normal jockey-gtk window.

After installing Itrepid Beta and installing nvidia drivers with
hardware-drivers, I get the following window after clicking on the hardware
drivers icon. It repeats the driver ~7 times or so.
The problem itself isnt repeatable, I can't get the same results after starting
I'm using Hardy since the beginning and never had a problem with this
anymore. I think it's fixed somewhere..

Since a few days, my Ubuntu 8.04 (64 bit) installation has many problems.
I can't play music anymore(with xmms and rhythmbox), pidgin won't start anymore
and when I click on a unlock button, the program with the unlock button
crashes(for example the network settings).

After removing .gconf and .gnome dirs the problem still existed, but
when I changed the settings in /apps/gwd (gconf), the problem was
solved.
