When changing my driver to nv I get my widescreen resolution(1680x1050) in 4:3 on my screen(everything looks stretched) and I cant play lbreakout because my paddle won't move from his position. I can't test it when using nv. When I switch back to nvidia, I get my resolution in a normal way and I can move the paddle again, but my original problem persists.
