This bug has gotten me also I have found the undocumented
workaround, but unfortunately after the damage has already been done. I
have a system 5 states away, and only one person in the area that is 60
miles away. In order for me to fix this, I must ask them to drive two
hours round trip jus
I would like to add that this issue has been around for me with every
release of Ubuntu up to and including Jaunty, on NVidia drivers up and
including the latest 185.
There is clearly no point in "file" 'ing a bug report here based on this
bug page alone. The issue could be with Nvidia and it is
