Oops, mistake in the bug description: it's "middle-click", not "double-click".
A three-finger tap is supposed to emulate a middle button, and used to before
the upgrade to 11.10.

When update-notifier is run, it displays the crash-report window.
Whether I pick the "Cancel" option or "Report bug" then type my
password, the crash-report window comes back after a second or two.
