Found where the dependency problem is. The version of util-linux in gutsy replaces the linux32 package. Thus, the solution would be to remove linux32 as a dependency and add util-linux as a dependency, for the nspluginwrapper package. This would explain why nspluginwrapper works when the linux32

Even though Skype isn't in the Ubuntu repos, all of its dependencies are, except on AMD64. Skype is a 32-bit application which requires 32-bit libraries; Skype does run well on the i386 version of Ubuntu.
