totally outraged by this deliberate regression.

Simply deleting Dolphin from that list is a work-around that works (for
me). Otherwise, try using apt-get to remove Dolphin itself -- if you're
not actually using it (and quite frankly, I don't see why anyone would,
given the existence of Konqueror and Krusader), it's only eating up
space on your H

Seconded on i386. I don't quite see what the update which caused this
bug was trying to achieve. Perhaps network-manager-kde should be taken
offline until it has the basic things needed (such as an executable) to
be in a form worth testing.
