I just installed OTRS package in VirtualBox environment under Ubuntu 10.04
The Installation failed

It worked fine between those crashes, even with plugins installed and
even on flashsites. I can say this for kubuntu and ubuntu.
Let me explain it more detailed:
I started with dapper working only in ubuntu desktop
after that i upgraded to edgy still ubuntu an run into the firefox
flash-problem.
After the first crash, I was only using kubuntu-desktop an now after
just loging in I got the following crash file without even starting
anything

xubuntu-desktop and kubuntu-desktop and was choosing xubuntu for the
session

I´m using the german version of dapper and had a similar problem.
First I don´t have passphrase as an option in teh dropdown menu.
But anyway, I was trying to set up my Netgear WG111v2 USB Wlan Stick
and it was autodetected as eth0.
I solved that problem. After I got it installed via ndiswrapper
