When I press ALT, the keypress is not passed into the terminal, even
when I have the menu option "Enable Menu access keys" disabled.
This, of course, breaks any number of programs, including VIM.

When running "oggenc --version", the output is put onto stdout, but when
running "oggdec --version", the output is put into stderr. It's not too
important, but they should pick one (stdout vs stderr) and go with it.

I'm running Kubuntu Gutsy. When I first tried to open a video file out of
dolphin, it changed to the loading cursor and hung for about 2 mins, and then
went away. Then I tried running it from a console with --verbose, but nothing
was printed t
Happened to me in Kubuntu Gutsy, apparently randomly, BUT at the same
time GParted also crashed [while fiddling with my partitions :O]. Might
be random coincidence, but it might be related. I don't really know.
