I installed the rt2860 driver directly from ralink, as mentioned above.
For several days I didnt had a single kernel panic.
So, at least, this is a workaround.

I tested 3.0.0-12.20 although I dont know why this is newer than 3.0.0-13.21
and I still receive random freezes/kernel panics.
Yet I dont have a crash log I can provide you when running 3.0.0-12.20, because
I am not at home (cant log to another computer). As soon as I have one I'll
upload it her
