No, it was built from Oneiric Alpha 3. I added Debian sid archive to
/etc/apt/sources.list and then run "sudo apt-get -b source acsccid" in
order to download the source from Debian sid and build it on Oneiric.
The output did not have the ubuntu version.

Yes, there is no -dev package for acsccid. It is because pcscd loads the
acsccid directly and PC/SC application uses libpcsclite-dev.

package and the bug is fixed. The updated package is uploaded to Debian
mentors and is waiting sponsor to upload to Debian.
