Barneedhar, we could, but disabling nautilus handling the desktop also creates
another two issues:
- Makes unity panel shadowless
- Disables right click on the desktop
And also feel like overkill to me - don't like desktop icons? Don't put icons
on the desktop, simple as that.

So, it seems under 12.10 with Gnome 3 PPA the Input Sources are not ported
completely. This is how the look in the normal Gnome 3.6:

I believe saw in once in GS. The issue happens when you open a bunch of
windows and with unity resource hungryness the graphical glitches
appear. Due to the fact that GS is not that resource hungry, it happens
extremely rarely in it.

Ok, this bug seems to disappear when a proper calendar application is installed
(e.g. Maya in my case) (see the attached screenie).
Also, this is a bug is not a gedit one (captain obvious), cuz gedit's category
are:
Categories=GNOME;GTK;Utility;TextEditor;
and no:
Categories=GTK;Office;Calendar;
There is a dirty way to fix it:
Go to /usr/share/backgrounds and rename warty-final-ubuntu.png to
whatever-you-want.png (as in whatever name you want). Doing that will fix the
bug, but will make it unavaivable in the OTB wallpaper list, so go to
/usr/share/gnome-background-properties and edit th

They are now extremely subtle, which is IMO a good thing :)

"Install/Remove languages ..." and install Russian.
After you've done that reboot your system, again navigate to "language support"

I *can* confirm that it happens for Intel and ATi videos (the 2nd with both
fglrx and the open source driver), however I'm unable to replicate it with
nVidia card (with both - the proprietary and the open source driver). It's
weird.
My Intel and ATi machines both run Unity 5.0 and the nVidia 4.2
Thinking of what @CassidyJames said and from pure design point of view I don't
consider transparent titlebars to be a good idea, because they break the
consistency with the window bellow them *BIG* time (Win 7, anyone). That means
even if this ... well whatever it is becomes a feature (gets fix
