After rechecked with someone use 3.6.3 successfully I found that we don't need
to use gtk-builder-convert and glade already create a file in format which
can be used directly in programing , please ignore my previous patch

gtk-builder-convert crashed with AssertionError in _parse()
to double check to know if the bug in glade or on gtk-builder-convert using
older version of glade (3.4.5) gtk-builder-convert create the xml file
correctly , after compare the two glade files I found that the file created
with glade 3.6.3 used tag "interface" instead of "glade-interface" by c
have the same problem with the same error message , the tutorial.glade
works fine but every other file does not ,I'm not sure if the problem in
gtk-builder-convert or in glade-3 which I create the file with , glade
version is 3.6.3

The indicator applet show what messaging application you have open
(evolution , pidgin , etc) when you have new unread Pidgin message or
email it will show green dot in the white mail
