to double check to know if the bug in glade or on gtk-builder-convert using older version of glade (3.4.5) gtk-builder-convert create the xml file correctly , after compare the two glade files I found that the file created with glade 3.6.3 used tag "interface" instead of "glade-interface" by changing that the file worked perfectly with gtk-builder-convert , I changed the affects package from gtk-builder-convert to glade-3
