But I got a new clue: Lockups only occur, when I start graphic-heavy
stuff (games, OpenGL, ... but not: Flash on Youtube or other media
playback) with power-profile set to "low" on my card (HD 3650). Doing
the same things on "high"
Running (and crash) supertuxkart with gdb produces this backtrace line:

Running the game from sourceforge seems to fix this problem

I can confirm this.
It occurs randomly and only in some single tabs. Sometimes the "Home"-key puts
the view to any position, but not (as expected) to the beginning.
Page-Up and Page-Down keys are affected too.

No good news for me...
Today my system crashed 2 times while running the radeon-driver and
"supertuxkart" (both from oibaf's repository)...
But I found (at least for me) a way to reproduce a freeze:
1. Start system.
2. Open terminal and type "supertuxkart". Install this, if you havent done
yet..
Can you show us the output of:
cat /sys/class/drm/card0/device/power_method
and:
cat /sys/class/drm/card0/device/power_profile
I don't think that this is a real bug.

I did'nt had this issue with Ubuntu 11.10 and 12.04. 3 weeks ago I deleted all
partitions and set up a brand new Xubuntu 12.10. These lockups occur randomly.
Some of them blank the screen just once (with the 10sec of no-mouse-reaction
before), the other ones keep blanking the screen every 10 sec

I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 precise with kernel "3.2.0-27 generic-pae" on a
i686 Intel Dual Core.
Whenever I start with this or the -26 kernel, the process called "mount"
is running continously at 100% in "top". I cannot kill or stop this
process in any way, not even as root.

With the command, you can control the volume: amixer set Master 1- (lower),
amixer set Master 1+ (higher)
This commands can be set for the special keys you want: System Settings ->
Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Custom Shortcuts
Here you have to create two new entries: 1. Name:
uot;fixed" it now: Deactivate "use mipmaps" on all effects.
Will there be a bugfix? Can I fix it on another way? Because with
mipmaps (=anti-aliasing) it looks much cooler :D
