This has been an ongoing issue and at least each time the kernel is
updated with a new image this error report gets filed at the next boot
as Ubuntu pops up with an error asking to do so.

If this particular update source is disabled,
then the remaining sources are able to update in a normal fashi
BTW as an additional check the same site was contacted using the stand
alone FileZilla application and it, unlike nautilus , did display all
the files.
Of course using FileZilla is a bit cumbersome in the daily duties here
which involve editing a lot of development files in place on remote
servers

Resulted from simply letting the Update Manager do it's thing.
dahdi-dkms as been a frequent flier in causing problems during routine upgrades.
While this report is being made in advance of the reboot for this upgrade, in
the past I've been able to simply re-install that pack
Pretty much a (me too) post here.
As part of Logitech's warranty service they sent out this really nice
new Model H800 headset to replace an older model in ill health.
Tried it on both of my Ubuntu 12.04 machines and indeed it crashes.
There is one other machine here that is still at Ubuntu 11
It turned out (here at least) that adding the "nfsvers=3" parameter in the
etc/fstab for the nfs mounts
restored the connectivity.
Prior to the upgrade to 12.04 the nfsvers parameter had not been needed, but
with the upgrade , the nfsversion parameter seems to make all the difference.

Not sure if this is the same bug, but one of my machines here that was
originally setup via the 9.10 CD
and just upgraded to the 10.04 through the normal update program is not booting.
After it got done and went around for a reboot, I get the following
