corrupted BIOS due to I
Workaround:
I noticed my ~/.dropbox-dist/dropboxd file was 0 bytes in size as well as all
other files in that directory.
I removed the directory and ran "dropbox start -i" which triggered a re-install
and then it worked like normal.
I'm on a fresh 12.04. Dropbox used to work and just stopped and
I'd love to see the package tortoisehg-nautilus available for Precise!

Interestingly enough it's only on the youtube site, if I take the
embedding code and put on a local html-page or post it on another site
the colors are normal.
Disabling hardware acceleration worked for me too. The settings on the
youtube site is disabled though so I had to go to some other flash

I've tried this on 10.04 now and it doesn't work ootb.
Here is what I did:
1. Clean install of 10.04 32-bit
2. Update the system with Update manager
3. Install xserver-xorg-input-evtouch
4. Reboot
Where ever I touch the screen I always launch the trashcan when I
release it, which indicates the po
This still appears in Karmic updated with all the latest. Shouldn't the
fix be released? The fix in #5 works here.

I installed Dymo LabelWriter 400 with the Multi-Purpose labels 11354.
I chose the only available driver: Dymo Label Printer, 1.3
Problem: I could not set the correct label size as the Multi-Purpo
The Brother QL-560 is also recognized but no driver is downloadable.
Brother has not made any linux driver for it but they say the QL-550
should be compatible. I'm not sure how to trick the system into using it
for the QL-560 though. And the open driver does not work either.

I get an unhandled exception when importing images from a Canon EOS400D
camera when the destination disk is full instead of a "Warning, disk is
full. Retry/Abort" dialog or similar. I get an error dialog which is not
very helpful, see attachment.
And to fix the problem in the mean time you can go into
Accessories->"Passwords and Encryption keys" and change your password.
This wasn't obvious to me, that's why I'm posting it here for others
convenience..
