My workaround, no need to short CL1 and CL2:
1. Install Ubuntu in a normal way, ( I installed UEFI based Ubuntu, in
GPT partition table hdd, didn't try MBR)
2. After installation restart your computer and boot to newly installed
ubuntu
3. Download fujitsu flash bios from fujitsu website (I used

Hi, ty for reply, it happened again, partition table got corrupted when
installed Ubuntu with xp.
So what you suggest me to do now plz...?
And why this is happening to me :(
this is how i installed Ubuntu:
i first installed win xp on first drive,
then left required free space un-partitioned for
bug is present. failsafe gnome doesn't freeze. was able to disable the
reflection plugin.
