aimwin thank you, But I have Installed ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS, shorted CL1 and CL2 several times after installation now F12 is not working again, But I have a solution in mind, I have installed rEFInd boot manager in my efi partition, I will install hiren's boot cd in usb with grub loader to flash my bios, I will share my experience with that. Your problem is different than mine, but it would be helpful for others. I have already managed to boot live ubuntu usb without F12 boot menu, just added menu entries in grub.
