I am facing this issue after upgrading from 14.04. I upgraded
14.04->14.10 and immediately to 15.04. Using Dell Latitude E6440.

Why on earth is the bug showing "InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
"Lucid Lynx" - Release i386 (20100429)"?! 10.04 was a good two years
back. I have moved over to the next versions every six months! Is ubuntu
configs not updating properly over the upgrades?
