I agree with this bug.
I was a bit surprised when I found just one line in my Section "Device", that's
Identifier "Configured Video Device"
Then I guess x.org has changed some behavior. Although the graphic card is
working, I want to known how x.org manager to 'guess' my driver and options.
This has been very annoying. I can confirm this on gusty. It has not
been fixed in official updates yet.
I have no deadkey and the second work around fix the problem.

I guess it has nothing to do with add-ons. I created a new profile using
firefox -ProfileManager. The same problem remains.
I tried running firefox from console. When click the open link or
download folder or context menu to open/ open folder, no output on the
console.

Can't open downloaded
I got the same problem on my Kubuntu gutsy.
Besides what was described above. Also the default download folder can't open
by click it.
I don't know any reason for this. It used to be no problem in Ubuntu 7.04.
I installed Kubuntu cleanly, not by upgrade, and use the old .mozilla folder
that I ba
I clean installed Kubuntu 7.10 from CD on new partitions, not upgrading
from 7.04.
Adept Manager asks me to update some adepts packages and after that it says a
new upgrade version is available. (in fact it means 7.10)
This has happened twice in this week.
