That's fine since ubuntu-proxy-manager is standalone (as per my test

Every time I log back in after suspension, the speed of the pointer changes.
What changes is not the slow-fast setting in the "pointer speed" bar but the
actual speed of the pointer. I am using a Lenovo Nano laptop and the trackpoint
in the keyboard to control the pointer,

I repeated these tests with the mstflint-dkms package from mantic-proposed
(4.26.0+1-1ubuntu0.1):
- mstflint-dkms installs in mantic and builds against the mantic kernel.
- mstflint-dkms/mantic upgrades cleanly from jammy.
- mstflint-dkms/mantic upgrades cleanly to noble.
The module built and loa
boto3 is only main in noble and oracular and in universe for the others.
Hence we thought it didn't make sense to have it in f,j and m and to
depend or recommend from the universe pocket

I just found out that it is the linux kernel version that causes the
problem.

The patch cannot be applied to Ubuntu Bionic (18.04), since its libvirt
version is older than the minimum required (mentioned in the patch).
The Ubuntu Cloud Archive for Bionic (eg, from Focal / Ussuri) can be
used/patched though, as it provides a sufficiently newer version of
libvirt.
