I realize that my Arale didn't install correct version of packages after
perform citrain to upgrade system.
I tried several times but it didn't install or upgrade those packages on
landing-33 ppa. So the version of on the Arale is 5.4.1+dfsg-2ubuntu7. May

The Asus Z87 Maximus VI Formula board I have allows me to enable/disable
USB controllers from the BIOS. I disabled the Asmedia USB3 controller
and all the issues seem to go away:

the drives was critical. When the install media is detected as /dev/sda

I was hesitant to install the daily build again since I felt I was being
run around in circles. An acquaintance has pointed out that doing it
would server a useful purpose.
So I have completed that task. Once again I was unable to reproduce the
issue with a live-usb containing the daily build. The

3.19.0-21 kernel and after 6 days polkitd has grown to 1.4+G memory
usage. I don't think the kernel version has anything to do with the
problem. On the plus side, my WIFI connection has stabilized since the
