Public bug reported: Using gdebi 0.9.5.3-ubuntu2 and gdebi-core 0.9.5.3-ubuntu2 on Trusty 14.10 I tried upgrading the two packages to the 14.10 versions using dpkg and they installed fine but the same crash happened. I'm not sure what is going on. I right click an application (like the official
